We offer free shipping on all orders — yay!
All orders are shipped between 1-3 business days. Once the order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email together with a tracking code, so you can track your order.
Once we process and ship your order, you will receive an email with details about your shipping carrier and a tracking code, where you can track your order status.
We do not ship internationally at the moment, but stay tuned for more updates as we continue to expand.

If your furry friend doesn't love the Olley Cat Cube, simply email help@olleycat.com to begin the refund process. Please note: Returns are accepted within 14 days or purchase.
Oh no! Did the Cube get damaged in transit? Simply email us within 3 days of receiving the package together with a photo of the damaged product and we will be sure to send you a new one.
